Championship Skins coming back for Worlds?

I just wanted to ask if there is any possibility the Championship Riven Skin will be back in the Store during the Worlds 2015. Im really into Riven right now and I think its the best skin for her. I would love getting the oppurtunity to get this skin. I would love to get a answer if you can reveal something like this even though my hopes are pretty low. But thanks anyways!
