Light Speed Yasuo

I really want there to be an ultimate Yasuo skin that beats out all the other ultimate skins by a longshot. I was thinking of Yasuo with a white theme (as in light) and when he uses his q he shimmers rainbow. His hurricane would be rainbow and whenever he uses his ult, as he hits the floor he becomes the reverse of what he was before ( now rainbow and abilities would shimmer him white). On top of all that he would have different taunts for each of his 2 forms and maybe even have different taunts or interactions with others depending on their champ. Plus a moving loading screen art. Would be really cool and I'd buy it for 5000RP or maybe even more.
