Seeing the video made me think this was a chroma, and now i a so sad.....
Seen tons of people asking for the Neon Akali when Shroud is activated but I doubt Riot would update a skin to that extent for free...
What about a Chroma that enables it? Or a special Chroma that allows you to Ctrl+5 to switch between K/DA Akali and Neon Akali?

I'm actually really surprised the K/DA Skins Ctrl+3 isn't the whole KPOP dance... They already have the animation for Recall... And in the MV.
