Warwick's ufr skin

while it is a Limited Edition skin, one of the reds stated that any skin that has been in the store before could come back. granted this was about the Championship Riven skin, but im sure they are saying all skins that was once purchasable would come back if they see it fit to come back. I would think if anything Next Years Urf would be a great time to bring the skin back. Hell its one of the rare skins i have yet to see in game yet. ive seen almost all the other rare based skin at least once in my games except that! it would be nice to bring it back especially since it is an Urf skin!
