In the pbe new skin coloring is coming out, i think it is a cool idea that you can change your classic skin color. The only person/champ who has this right of this moment is
.... Riot is selling the skin changes as a bundle. All the skins/colors/champs will be in it, i think its very cool, and its cheap no needs for large RP buying spree for all the skins. PRAISE THE

Need to see some Lux chromas before I make a judgement.
I feel like this would be taking the place of proper skins for the likes of Zac, Zyra, Yorick... Champs Riot has their reasons for not bothering with. In fact, all some Skins are is recolors, so this kind of makes those older skins moot.
One of the biggest things about Diablo III was recoloring your armor made it so you weren't wearing the same thing as everyone else... now you have more uniqueness in what is likely an easy texture mix up for Riot. Good on em...
