Ability For New Champion

It will be pretty good if riot makes a Champion which can steal or copy an enemy or ally ability.

Because we need 2 Event Horizons at once, or two Unstoppable Forces, or two Diplomatic Immunities?

Hell will freeze over before Riot makes that in this game. That is well beyond the level of readability and learning difficulty that they shoot for in League.

I like the idea heres my thoughts. The champ couldnt have any bursty abilities or he would be op. It would need to be geared toward extended engages only and have a passive that reflects that, something like varus does.
