Urgot as a character is meant to be this mess of merged metal, toxins, and insanity with scraps, scar lines and fucked tissue, making his theme dark and quite messy. You definitely got the insanity on the back animation, and the abilities are mostly decent (hard to say much about theme since they are simple, apart from ult). But the base skin; it is too clean to fit with urgot, and doesn't look like a human merged with machinery, you only have something that looks like a demon (I am guessing urgot made a pact with the devil or something). So the ability which I am going to nab at; the ult - is not what it could be, for the execute mark you could use an iron chain, or even better, a skull with a snake in it, this might be a bit much in the way of visual stimulant during team fights, but seeing how it is going to be neon orange, it should be obvious what it is, since there is barely anything else that makes it obscure, apart from maybe illaoi's ult. maybe makes it an outline, like a skull outline, with a filled snake going around it (like through the mouth, and an eye socket). While making the timer for his ult something else, maybe iron chains again, or just a recolour of the current one, as the train tracks make the ult seem less... dreadful for the enemy, and not give anticipation for the urgot player (don't know why), maybe dynamite string, just something simpler and... scarier in a way, as I get the meaning behind the tracks (end of the line, tracks have trains which hit hard. e.g) but that requires looking deeper into the ability, while something string like, or chain like, can easily be linked with death or dynamite with the theme. The base skin on the other hand... in my opinion needs an overhaul, pull it back for a month or so, so that it fits the characters theme better when you are done (I know how easy it is to modify a skin after having the idea completed, and a base to work on you lazy cucks), make the boiler on his back more of a train engine instead of a boiler, maybe with that it can be linked more with the ult timer, make something on it move, like an vintage air pump for fires, so we know that this abomination is breathing and living. (basically make more pipes come out, with something moving, so we know it is keeping him alive) change the legs a bit if you can, as at the moment they are fine, but if you made them look more clock work or steam powered then they currently do, as it looks like he has two planks connected to a jagged bit of metal at the moment, but it isn't too bad or noticeable. Make his belly a furnace, and when he ults make it flip open, or show roiling magma, or burning coals, or both, I know a new animation would need to be done for the furnace, but if it knocks it up to legendary, then so be it, you already removed a core part of his ult; which was the saws, so I honestly don't see why you don't bump it to a legendary. If you go for the furnace, then make it so that it has varying degrees of heat on it in certain areas, to show stress points and that it is HOT. His skin should be a burnt brown/black, as this is a fucked human we are talking about, not a night light. (also making him a demon... wouldn't make sense, as he is a human who makes himself stronger by turning himself into a machine demon, an 'idea') make it so that his veins are orange, and make it show on the hand, and the further to the fingers it gets, the more of a 'cooled' orange it is, while the closer to his heart area it gets, the more orange/white it should be (leave out the veins if it adds too much detail, but the chest area and upper arm being orange/white is a must) to show that he is pumping magma and fire into his veins and brain, staying alive by pulling through the agony with a will of demented steel and demonic arts (I can only see this skin working by making it so that he signs something with a devil to stay alive, then used it to weaponize himself) his mask should have a more mad max vibe, maybe showing his face with neon eyes, and a metallic skull looking jaw, which the engine in the back would be connected to. Change the current leather tank top to a waistcoat with burnt areas similar to lucians near the heart and arm. if you have to keep it leather look, then make it so that it is burnt where his normal arm is, so it resembles the original skin closer, as I liked the fact he padded and armoured the parts connect to machinery, while showing of his last human limb, as if daring them to go for it, and make him stronger afterwards. The gun should be looking more like a mini gun, as that did exist near the late stages of the wild west, I don't mind how it looks at the moment, but the same problem with the ult and skin in general; too clean, it needs to look like he just grabbed a cannon or mini gun, and seared it onto him, show stress on the weapon nearer to his flesh, make it seem more like a mini gun, make it clearer, I honestly would say get rid of the dynamite, make it so that he just shoots magma or a coal so hot, that the cooling process makes it explode. A big rant, but honestly if you do consider my opinion and view, and even implement some of them, then thank you for reading my idea of the skin.
