She could be sales for Piltover customs I'll link up some super fast wacky arm flailers I sketched up after work, I made a piltover heimer, blitz, and then a poro cause I thought it would be cute, but maybe an original design would be better I just wanted to mess with it

just a fast doodle, didnt use a ref def need polishing to look more like illaoi but i wanted to try something different from her base and other skins for this.
