P.A.M (Piltover Amorphous Militant) -- Piltover's Response
Brief Overview: Amazed (though they'd never admit it) by the effectiveness of Zac, Piltover scientists decided to make their own combatant. Less interested in the blunt power of Zac, dropping in and bouncing on top of enemies, Piltover's researched focused on the utility abilities of an adaptive warrior. The result is a stunningly effect support, capable of transforming herself into shields, trampolines, and even into her own army, overwhelming her enemies with her sheer number of options.
Lore: To be elaborated on, but essentially Piltover, not to be outdone by Zauns success with Zac, made their own amorphous fighter.
Appearance: Pam has a more slender model than Zac and has more of a metallic/slime texture (I can't draw so here's the closest thing I could up with for concept art (http://yugico.com/customcard/402710.jpg)
Resource: Abilities either cost health or nothing.
Passive: (Still giving this some thought) Absorbent Form: Skill shots cannot pass through Pam though she still takes the full damage (for example, Lux's ult would end after it made contact with Pam.) Additionally, a small portion of Pam's health is converted into AP.
Q: Slime Shot (Costs Health): Pam shoots a projectile of slime that hits a target before splattering and hitting targets in a cone behind it. Enemies hit are slowed. If Pam hits an enemy champion, she spawns a slime that she or a friendly champ can walk on to restore health.
W. Bind!: Pam throws herself on another champion becoming untargetable for the duration. Pam may cast slime shot while bound to a champion. A. Friendly Champion: Grants target a shield and bonus armor and MR. Instead of spawning a slime, slime shot now automatic heals host. B. Enemy Champion: Enemy champion is snared for a second and then slowed for the rest of binds duration.
E. Bounce Transformation: Pam curls into a ball and selects a target area. (She cannot cast spells or auto attack as a ball and her passive does not work.) Friendly champions may click her to bounce to her target. Pam can press E again at any point to bounce herself to her target or move and cancel the effect.
R. Divide and Conquer (Costs health): At the cost of a significant amount of her current health, Pam divides herself into smaller duplicates (one for each champion in her vicinity). Dividing removes Pam of any CC and she is untargetable as she divides. Each of her duplicates run to a champion exploding on enemy champions to deal damage and slow and binding to friendly champions to grant them a small shield and speed.
Duplicates: Duplicates look identical to Pam (who looks about half her size after dividing) but have a far lower tolerance to damage (3 auto attacks/spells destroy them). If they receive too much damage, or fail to hit their target in time they fizzle. While each duplicate aims for a certain champion, if they are intercepted by another champion, they'll do damage or provide a shield accordingly. Turret's prioritize her minions over regular minions but they do not count as champion damage (think zyras plants.)
Game Play: Pam excels as a support where she lobs Slime Shots to damage enemies and heal herself/friend, allowing her to make successful trades. When a full fight breaks out, her W allows her versatility in combat: she can use it to snare and slow down an enemy for a kill or bolster an ally to survive some critical damage. Importantly, Pam spawns near the champion she had bound too allowing her to re-position and bodyblock skill shots with her passive. However, she has to be careful about how she uses it to reposition: while it could provide her with a crucial escape, binding to an enemy that gets back to his turret could prove disastrous for her.
Her E "Bounce Form" provides her team with some mobility that could crucial for catching up or retreating from the enemy. Additionally, it allows her team to engage and disengage over terrain though Pam but be diligent to not bounce her friends into bad situations or leave them stranded.
Finally, Pam's ultimate "Divide and Conquer" works to overwhelm her enemies. While her duplicates can be outrun, the truly shine in counter-engagement where they show her enemies that the numbers are never in their favor. By slowing enemies and empowering allies, Pam can shift the side of battle letting her team retaliate or escape. The best Pam players will use the chaos granted by the move and the fact her enemies can't immediately identify her, to grant themselves some crucial repositioning. It should be noted, however, that the spell is costly to her current health and might need to be saved for when she has already taken some damage.
in appearance to tell whether you're about to get bounced on, or swarmed by jelly. I do like Divide and Conquer, though, that is a neat idea. The wording on the passive is a bit unclear though: you're saying that skillshots can't go through her, but that Lux's Ult can?
