How about some skins that make certain champs look like they have chosen sides in a World War? Like a North Korean Graves. A Chinese Sion. Russian Veigar, etc. Just a thought lol. Too soon?

Well, how about Travelers skins? Like an Explorer Ryze (with like an Indiana Jones hat n a whip ^^), a Sumo Gragas (look like Fat Bastard from Austin Powers when hes a Sumo wrestler and leaves a rosebud fer ol Austin ^^), Samoan Warrior Yasuo (with a samoan hook sword type thing)...hmm, lemme think of some more..
