    salutations and greetings my name is azza. i write asking for a new champion to be created, and that it be a penguin. 

can he have a passive called huddle? where when near allies passive health regeneration increases, scaling with proximity and amount of allies, more allies more closer more heals right!?

His q is a penguin call which causes fear and slows near by enemies

And the w is giving the team players pebbles (which heal them)

And his e will be a penguin slap Stunning the champion he hits

The ultimate obviously a belly slide which stuns all who gets hit by it

p.s. yes its the month of May, however, i feel this may be the best time for belated gifts, and also best time for early christmas gifts. is that not logical? maybe maybe not.. if this doesnt become a champion, it will cause me much dismay.
