Ping Shown on Launcher

I feel it would be a great idea for Riot to display game ping before a user even gets into their first game. So many times I have to start a custom game just to check my ping, as my internet could be acting up, or someone else is on the internet. When the internet connection is not the best this makes a huge problem.
