League Client Pre-loader

What is the possibility of building in a LoL pre-launcher? Not sure if thats the right term, but for example my internet speed isnt the fastest., and therefore sometimes logging into the client itself is a mission as it takes a while to load everything and sometimes I cant even get into the Lobby. I know the internet speed is the problem as when I use a faster connection it loads a lot faster. SO in essence my suggestion is a client that is already downloaded and just connects to PvP and updates news and things when the news/article is actually updated. almost like Superfetch for Windows. I know it would make lives a lot easier at least from my experience.
