The Magnificent Twisted Fate Skin

I noticed that the other older legendary skins have effects such as Alien Invader Heimerdinger, Firefighter Tristana, Gentlemen Cho'Gath, and etc. but the Twisted Fate skin titled has no special effects, no new dialogue, or animation period. The cost of the skin is 1820 rp but the skin offers nothing to buyers other then a different appearance. Therefore, could someone in Riot update the skin to make it feel like a legendary skin or is it already in progress? This is not too much to ask hopefully, as I bought this skin with expectations similar to that of other legendary skins.

If they did that, they'd have to update Annie in Wonderland and Toboggan Corki. Also, Alien Invader Heimerdinger has no special effects. There might also be more legendary skins I'm not thinking about. By the way, they tell you to always look up the skin online in skin spotlight videos to see if you'd want the skin. Not too professional for a big company, but it's no excuse to not look.
