can the people who got the twitch/warwick skin from RAF have a border like with the old holiday skin

i have both medieval twitch and grey warwick already and i was wondering if we could do or if there was plans for the people that got these skins through RAF to get a border like champ riven or the project skins or the old limited holiday skins?
