Move After Game Notifications

Ever finish a match and want to go to the store or check your loot for that new hextech chest you got? Ever had to wait for that damn notification to go away first before you can select one of the two?

Well here's a simple solution. Idk why they didn't do this before....

There is a large blank space between Collection and Loot which would be a GREAT placeholder for the notifications.

No more "A player has left...." boxes stopping you from selecting the Store or Loot.

Infact add a drop down tab there for notifications like that or future notifications for something completely different
