Buy runes with rp

I feel like runes should be able to be bought with rp along with rp. Every player has extra rp so if Normal runes costed 50 rp and Quints cost 100 rp. I feel like it would make the game more enjoyable for all players, but still wouldn't make the game extremely easy for long term players.

The reason Runes cost IP and not RP is so everyone can get them. Not everyone has RP laying around. I would rather spend RP on skins or maybe Rune Pages.

I understand that, but I am just saying that the runes should cost both rp and ip. I am sorry that the way I said that gave you the wrong idea.
