I thought of an amazing skin idea, Meowkai. It will basically be maokai but as a cat tower, he will throw balls of yarn and in his ult litter boxes are around him in his E he will become kitty litter. I think its a pretty good idea so rito please make this a skin and give it an award because it is amazing. Thank you

Yeah, he should be a scratching post that throws actual cats, and his Q dumps cat litter on them, his W makes him turn into a rolling ball of yarn, and his R is a big circle of spinning cat litter with balls of yarn swirling around in it. As far as difficulty in making, his Q and W would be pretty simple, but his E and R would be relatively hard, I'm thinking if Riot makes it the way explained above, it would be priced at 1350 RP. Definitely would buy.
I would probably buy it. Fun skins are always great to have, they can make even a horrible feeding game fun.
