Cross account Skins

While leveling a smurf with my friend today i came up with the idea to have something like cross account skins. Basically how it would work is that say you have your main account and on that account you have lets say 15 skins, well with the system you would be able to link any smurfs you have with your main account and share the skins you already purchased with your other accounts. Now obviously some people might try to abuse this with their friends and just link their two accounts and both have a bunch of skins so there could be some sort of system similar to what blizzard has with WoW and the heirlooms
