[Champion Suggestion] Peggy, the mother of Penguins
I always thought of a Penguin as a champion. So I made a concept for Peggy, the mother of Penguins. I tried to draw her together with her skills, but I am not the best drawer: http://m.imgur.com/S73S1xN I hope you like the concept. She is a melee Champion:
Passive - Fishy's Power
As long as Peggy has her fish Fishy in her hands, she deals an additional magic damage with her autohits. Furthermore, everytime she licks fishy she gets 3/4/5 max HP.
Q - Fly Fishy!
Peggy throws Fishy over Minions and Champions on a targeted area, deals magic damage and slows all enemies it hits. Fishy lies on the area, while the Cooldown is on. As long as Peggy walks towards fishy, she gains a high amount of movementspeed. (It flies just like Maokai's E over Minions and Champions)
W - Fish licker
Peggy licks Fishy and the Omega 3 heals her for a certain amount. She can't use this skill, when she doesn't have Fishy in her hand (Q on cooldown).
E - Peck
Peggy pecks a single-target, deals magic damage and stuns the target for a certain time.
R - Unstoppable Belly Slide
Peggy channels and the soil in front of her freezes immediately in a large line. (As long as Braum Ultimate, just a bit wider). Every enemy on this frozen soil is slowed a bit and your teammates are a bit faster on it. After 1 seconds of channeling, peggy slides on her belly on the frozen soil in a line and every enemy, who got hit by her will get magic damage and knocked to the side. The channel can be stopped by cc, but while she slides, she is unstoppable and can't get CC'd.
I thought of Peggy, as an off-tanky, AP jungler. She has some nice CC and a nice gank potential. So pre 6 she can throw her Q to slow the enemy then walk fast towards Fishy and the enemy and then stunning the enemy with the E. Furthermore she has a good sustain in the jungle with her W and she can clear camps fairly well, cause of the extra damage on her autohits (passive). I didn't give her skills a base-damage + scaling, because I don't know how to do it, without making Peggy too strong/weak. Hope you guys like it! :p
