I had dream about a Dragon type champ He's green and has spines on his body. Passive he can travel through any unit and through surface and buildings but its 25% slower and It has a 30 secs cooldown at the start with 1/6/11/16 Getting it lower to 10 almost like malzahar passive. Q: Bite Dealing % HP DMG about 200 Early with 8 Secs Cooldown. W: Small Cone Cassiopeai R Stuns enemies for 0.5 secs and applys poison. E: Hes got a passive which stacks with every Q he ate any large monster or Champion incluiding cannon minions, etc. after reaching max stacks 10, Actives: Explodes dealing Magic Dmg around him like vladimir but with his spines. R: Creates a circle Like a black hole that If any champs gets hit by it they enter a zone for 3 secs and cant get out until duration is over unless and even work against spell shields like morgana or malzahar.
