Mafia / Queenpin LeBlanc Skin Concept by Riot Hylia

Hey guys, this is a post about Mafia / Queenpin LeBlanc skin concept made by Riot Hylia, was posted around 2 years ago. _(Link in this post) _ As this skin concept about LeBlanc is fresh and also linked to the other 'Mafia' skins in LoL as mentioned in the linked post, I strongly feel that it should be made into a skin for the game. Besides, she has yet to receive a skin for a long time too and she doesn't have any Legendary / Ultimate skins so she qualifies for a new skin too. The ideas and artworks by Riot Hylia are also clearly represented in aspect of Splash Art and In-Game model so all the more this LeBlanc skin concept should be carefully considered to be made into a real skin, also putting in the thought of how much time and effort Riot Hylia has actually put in to be able to come up with this skin concept. (P.S. Even the concept art for the 'Clone' is made!)
