Since I have been a main for supports. I came upon the realization that there are really no AD supports, only AP. I would love it if Riot found a way to make an AD scaling support. Granted, people try different things to go and try 'out of meta' support roles. I just think it would be interesting and it is something to think about. I mean, Leona, Nautilus, Lulu, Zyra, Janna, Braum, Nami, etc. All scale from AP. Any thoughts?
I've always felt that they emphasise magic damage on supports on purpose so it remains more relevant without gold, since people naturally get loads of armour really easily while magic resist isn't as common :O

But anyway, ad itemization just doesn't fit supports, to make an ad support would require messing a lot with itemization with the payoff being incredibly stupid(deals ad damage instead of magic damage) so it's a lot of effort for very little payoff, hence it unlikely to happen any time soon, if ever.
