How I came up with this is because I had a weird dream and I put this into champion concept LOL

Background

Related to Annie and Nocturne

Ecila, Anagram of "Alice", is the girl from "Alice in wonderland" who is able to go into others' dream. She gave Annie the power to summon Tibbers and use other abilities when she was able to remember and think. However, Alice is forbidden existence who is not supposed to really exist in the real world. Thus, she can only be materialized when she is summoned to the league of legends and had to change her real name and make it Celia and keep people from knowing her real name. Moreover, it seems like she gave Nocturne his power as well or created him.

Passive

Rabbit hole

On every fourth ability cast, she will leave a small rabbit hole under her feet which will either heal her allies by small amount of hp or slow the enemies which decays rappidly.

Q (Skill shot)

Daze or Haze? Cost: 70MP

She sends out a small cloud in front of her and if it hits the enemy champion it blinds him for 3 second and stuns him for 1 second.

CD: 12 sec.

W

Wake Up! Cost : 100MP

She is able to cure stuns, charms, other cc but not able to cure cc like vi's ult or Morgana chain ( but able to erase the root after the ult) and heals her allies 0.5 AP or herself without removing the cc.

If used on enemy champion it deals 0.3 AP (not really sure how much that is but do you guys get the idea?)

CD: 20 sec.

E (Skill shot)

Mr. Rabbit! Cost: 50MP

She chases after the rabbit that is running in front of her But never able to catch him. ( The range shouhld be little longer than graves' dash)

CD: 10 sec.

R

To the Wonderland! Cost: 150MP

Basically this is what happened in my dream.

Celia summons a black gate or black hole in her range that lasts 4 seconds and changes all of her teams' wards into a small black hole looking void that lasts 4 sec white it takes 2 sec while transforming from ward to black hole. However anyone is allowed to go through it but if you're the enemy it will charge you around 100 hp! But do keep in mind, this is a one way transport that may bring you to death.

After the wards are transformed and lasted 2 sec after the transformation they expire and are gone from the map. So her ult has pros and cons

• can possibly join the fight anywhere you are

• you can use it to disengage as well if Celia stay in the fountain and ults in fountain

con

• you lose map vision after the ult so use it wisely

• might become 5 v 5 when her teammates are behind.

What do you guys think? TBH I kind of think it on the whim but I think this is a pretty fun idea. Though gotta admit that I am not really resourceful with this concept.
