Fiddle skin Concept.

So I was think, and obviously I am not the first one....But how come we don't have a skin of Fiddle on the roof? He carries a broom instead of his scythe, and just looks like a roof/Chimney cleaner and is covered in ash. I think that would be a rather clever skin concept.
