Possible Karthus Skin

So I got to thinking, Karthus has not gotten a good skin in a while. Summer is coming up so that means possible pool party skins. What about Pool Party Karthus? His Q would be rubber ducks that would explode and make little pop sounds like a balloon popping. His W would probably have to be a waterfall wall. His E would be water around him with shark fins coming out of the water. Finally, his R will create giant buckets above each enemy and it slowly tilts to where the water collapses on them, causing the damage. I dunno, I just though of this and was really hoping to see a skin like this and not another Vi skin (personal opinion). What do you say Riot, give my buddy Karthus a little love?
