Leon Ropeter needs to post his own content to the boards in order for Riot to be able to use it, unless he want to keep his IP his own. Riot legally cannot use skin concepts unless the owner posts them, because their TOU states that content of your own design that you post is available for Riot to use or imitate, albeit without your consent or compensation to you. It's a double edged sword, but it's really the only way people can get their own content into the game without working for Riot. So if you can convince the artist to post his content here, Riot can legally make this skin happen.

Everyone on the C&C boards has seen this time and time again... BUT THAT'S GOOD! We've all seen it, we all want it, WE ALL NEED THIS SKIN! Give LR a job at Riot! (His other concepts are great, I love the Snow Day Nautilus or whatever it's called.)

Omg please please make this a thing. This is the coolest Skin art work I've seen in a long time. Everything is so well done and it makes a character who in my opinion is hard to look at, look amazing. Great Work and Riot please bring this to life.

The amount of detail put into this is incredible!

Not sure if I liked the alternate coloring, it's neat, but I love it in white. And I loved the twisted tongue!
