Locked Skins
I've been trying to buy so many SKT and TPA skins for some of my champs but there's one problem, they're locked. I'm just trying to figure out when they will be available for purchase again.

i think when world cups comes around, which means its going to be awhile, maybe late-mid 2015 unless they decide to unlock the vault and release skt and tpa skins for some reason.
Currently they can only be gotten through mystery gifting, other then that they are usually in the store at World Championship times.
