Black Market Brawlers?

Is this game mode ever gonna come back? I thought it was a really cool concept. I also was thinking it'd be cool to have a gamemode that puts it back to different seasons, but that'll probably never happened. I just always dream of playing that season 1 toggle W Sivir that applies on hit effects or the Unstopable dodge rune Jax
