They've said multiple times how hard it is to give him a skin with the way his texture is. I'm assuming they are working on something since they didn't give him a Chroma yet. I would expect something big soon for him.
The best concept that I can think of is Super Galaxy ZAC. Make him into a Power Ranger type mecha.
Passive is pieces of the mecha so it's robotic looking. When he splits into 4 pieces, it's like transformer cars going back into a base. If he dies, the base blows up leaving wreckage.
Q: really easy to have cables or pistons stretch when he stretches his arms out.
W: blue/purple/red/green Force field like visual
E: when charging, Zac takes a knee down and charges rocket boosters in his legs. When he lands, he lands fist down (anime style)
R: Boost jump and down as a ball that fires rockets or flares.
