Mystery Skins

Me and my friends like to gift mystery skins back and forth because its cheaper then regular skins and you can get really lucky with those old legacy skins, but I was wondering if Riot has ever thought of introducing mystery skin gifts for certain champs as in you pick the champ you want to gift a skin from and its a random skin from that champ? Or possibly select 3 champs and it will be 1 random skin from any of those 3 just to make it a bit harder. Only thought of this because its so frequent me and my friends gift to each other, but I'm trying to get frejlord ashe which is originally only 260 RP, but unavailable for an EXTREMELY long time and I am an Ashe main.

Would anyone else be interested in the choice or not just wondering feedback is much appreciated.
