kha'zix cell from dragon ball skin

if they found a way to basically make shen have a scorpion and sub zero skin i dont see why the couldn't make a skin for kha'zix thats similar to cell from dragon ball z and i think it'd be kind of cool and honestly im not too concerned about the abilitiies changing visually i just think there could be changes to his visual appearance where each evolution could be like how cell changed in the anime, they did it for pulsefire ezreal so why not kha'zix.
