Ranked Draft Pick

I always get bad teammates, but I always also get an S- in the end of games. Don't you guys think it is a good idea to add +5 LP when you earned an S- instead of -15 LP? And if you earned S, you can get bonus +10, S+ you can get bonus of +15 So even if you matched with some bad teammates, you can still get positive LPs based on your performance?
