First of all, thank you for taking the time for looking at this post. It is my first ever and I didn't have high hopes for it. I have a large amount of champ ideas (if any of these are used plz contact me Riot, #RIOT FOREVER)

Coarpu' Geth, the plague spirit

Allies: Twitch , Kindred , Yorick , Vladimir Enemies: Lucian , Gangplank haven't finished lore yet

passive: Deaths Embrace Coarpu' Geths basic attacks pull them 15 units closer to him, this is increased to 30 units if target is below 30% health.

Q: Leech launch (skillshot) Coarpu' Geth throws a leech, upon hitting a champion or minion it deals magic damage. Healing him if it hits a minion, he gains back (40, 80, 120, 160, 200) health. If he hit a champion he can recast this with in 2 seconds to pull them to him. Damage: 30/60/90/120/150 (+ 40% AP) Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Seconds Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100

W: Miasma (toggle) Coarpu' Geth leaves a trail of miasma (3 seconds) behind him while active, Dealing magic damage for every second they are inside it. Damage: 25/50/75/100/175 (+ 30%AP + 25% Maximum Mana) cooldown: 3 seconds at all ranks. Mana Cost: 10+5 per second

E: Tormenting affliction (passive) Coarpu' Geths basic attacks apply a poison, dealing 1% of targets max health + (40% ability power) true damage a second for second for (3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5) seconds.

R: Fear not thy end (being reworked) (COMPLETE REWORK IN PROCESS)

First of all, edit your spelling and capitalization. Second of all, don't include things Riot is removing/removed, like Grevious Wounds and mana burn. 3rd, remember that abilities can be leveled up, what will increase or decrease? Fourth, his damage is to low, and his ult is to strong.

Im guessing that hes a AP Melee champ that needs to stick to his opponents

Besing it that hes a melee champ, making his AA keep his opponents close to him is good idea.

Q: Leech launch (skillshot, cool down of 10 sec and mana cost of 100) Coarpu' Geth throws a leech, upon hitting a champion or minion it deals (20, 35, 50, 65, 80) + (ability power divided by 5) magic damage if it hit a minion, he gains back (20, 40, 60, 80, 100) health. If he hit a champion he can recast this with in 2 seconds to pull them to him.

Ok, This needs to be a bit stronger, since im guessing its his main poke/ sustain ability. so this would be changed slightly to: Q: Leech launch (skillshot) Coarpu' Geth throws a leech, upon hitting a champion or minion it deals magic damage healing him if it hits a minion, he gains back (40, 80, 120, 160, 200) health. OK, so im guessin this is a Singed based ability. How about: W Miasma (toggle) Coarpu' Geth leaves a trail of miasma (3 seconds) behind him while active, Dealing magic damage for every second they are inside it. Damage: 25/50/75/100/175 (+ 30%AP + 25% Maximum Mana) cooldown: 3 seconds at all ranks. Mana Cost: 10+5 per second

E: Tormenting affliction (passive) Coarpu' Geths basic attacks apply a poison, dealing 1%of targets max health + (ability power divided by 5 magic damage) + (0, 20, 30, 40, 50 true damage) a second for 5 seconds.

This ability is actually pretty Balanced, so all im changing is the damage. E: Tormenting affliction (passive) Coarpu' Geths basic attacks apply a poison, dealing 2% of targets max health + (40% AP) True damage for 2 seconds

R: Fear not thy end (active area affect, cool down of 50 sec and mana cost of 100) active: all enemy champions within 1000 units of Coarpu' Geth are feared and slowed by 25% for (1.5, 2, 3) seconds. If any of these enemy's will die while feared, all allied champions in this ability's range are healed (200, 250, 300) health.

Ok... so this is kinda overpowered, but basing it off what youre trying to do, ill change it to: R: Fear not thy end (Area of Effect) active: Coarpu' Geth summons a field of pestilence around him for 5 seconds.(1000 units) Enemies inside the field when cast are feared for 1/1.5/2 seconds. ALL enemies inside the field are slowed for 25%. If an enemy dies within the field, all enemies within the field are feared for .5 seconds more (stacks 2 times). Im guessing since you didnt put any damage on the ult that its utility based, but i removed the heal because Heals plus Fears AND slows are too much.
