A fairly decent assasin concept

Ren, the Bilgewater Criminal:

I was trying to think of an assasin that actually requires skill, kiting, avoiding enemy vision, and not be faceroll-y (looking at you, Katarina , Leblanc , Ekko , Akali ). So abilities:

**Passive: Unseen blade** (yes, a Zed reference)

Ren's basic attacks stun enemies, if enemy team had no vision of him when the attack was launched. 15 second cooldown. Stun duration scales with Ren's level.

 **Q/Not there:** Ren blinks to a cursor location and leaves a ghost behind which fires additional projectiles to the closest enemy unit, and disappear quickly. The number of projectiles scale with Ren's attack speed, reaching a maximum of 5 at 2.5 attack speed, and deal 35/50/70/90/110 + 50% of Ren's attack damage as physical damage. If the ability is activated while winding up an auto attack the projectiles will fire towards the target, and Ren will finish the basic attack after blinking. Cooldown : 12/11/10/9/8s     Range: 500 units

**W/Blight:** Ren projects a mark on target enemy unit (can be blocked by windwall and unbreakable), that deals 20/40/60/100/150 + 60% AP as magic damage. The mark applies a damage over time effect dealing 2/3/4/5/6% of the targets missing health as magic damage per second for three seconds. Cooldown: 8 seconds at all ranks     Range: 500 units

**E/Vanish:** Ren becomes immediately invisible  for 1 second gaining 10/15/20/25/30% bonus movement speed. Basic attacking while stealthed will only apply Unseen blade, if enemy team had no vision of Rem when this ability was activated. Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6s

** R/Aftershock:** Ren starts channeling to fire a massive arrow, that deals physical damage (ignoring 40% of the enemy's armor) to the first enemy hit. After hitting an enemy, the arrow continues its path, but does not deal damage, leaving behind a trail. After a short delay a shockwave erupts along the trail dealing magic damage to all units caught in it. Range increases as Rem channels this ability. Arrow damage : 100/200/300 + 150% bonus AD. Shockwave damage: 100/150/200 + 100% AP. Cooldown: 120/90/60s Range: 500-1500 units depending on channel time

Role: Would shine in the jungle, with awesome early ganks, especially he that he can run summoner 11 +summoner 14 , replacing summoner 4 with Not there. Later on, he would become an assassin, looking for picks around the map, and would make enemies fear going near bushes.

Stats: Range: 500 (ranged) Mov. speed: 330 The rest is just average stats, average scaling.

This kit opens up to have two viable build path: Attack damage focused, to become an assasin, excelling at taking down single targets. Or ability power focused to deal moderate AoE magic damage with ultimate and blight, excelling at team fighting.

Lore: I'm sure you guys can come up with something great. somewhat similar to Twisted Fate or Graves, because Rendon Blight (yes, that is his full name) is from Bilgewater.

Looks: The kind of suspicious figure that would try to sell candies to children... His auto attacks would be quickly flying blades.

Strategy & build: Gameplay would consist of trying to find good spot for assassination from the fog of war, but this requires the purchase of pink wards/sweepers(picking up this champion would do a lot of good for the majority of the League community, no offense). After finding a pick the combo would be as follows: Vanish, to get in auto attack range, and start winding up your Unseen Blade, the use Not there, to make sure that the ghost's basic attacks target your enemy and not the scuttle for example. Follow up with ultimate, without channeling it, and apply Blight to finish out your poor opponent. In teamfights try to position yourself so that Aftershock hits as many opponents as possible, apply Blight to high threat champions. Recommended build: item 3723 item 3153 item 3072 item 3158 item 3031 item 3035
