New Skarner Skin?

What is Skarner's Ult??? Nothing but a huge tow-truck :D. I was thinking the other day, what can we do with that? Almost automatically the thought popped in my mind. BOOM! Piltover Customs Skarner skin! WE NEED THIS SKIN! I think this skin would honestly boost the morale off all the players as it has a side of humor that every league of legends player needs! Please consider making this skin!

Its a good idea, but it would give him tank treads and a chain for a hook which is the same thing as his battlecast skin
