Right now, this game lacks an item that gives purely health and cooldown reduction, there is frozen heart for armor and cd reduction, spirit visage for mr and cd reduction, but no item that focuses the tank aspect purely on health and also gives cd reduction.

I feel like armor/mr are better anyway....stacking just health in this meta is dangerous with %health damage a plenty....yes true damage still exists but tanks still want the armor/mr over health in my opinion
and anything that builds out of it. And in the next patch, the eye items will, too. There will be plenty of 'em.
