Vigilante Lucian

I was thinking of a skin Idea for . He would make a good champion for a vigilante skin especially cause of his personality in general. There could be different styles to his skin like a futuristic, modern, or old western type theme to it. He could look like a somewhat project yasuo if it's futuristic but have a lot cooler particle effects and also I was thinking of one gun being more of a laser gun and the other a cannon like pulsefire ezreal. It would take little ideas from these skins but I think it would make a pretty good skin depending on what style you want to use and how much development would be put into it. (I could see it being awesome to shoot lasers and cannon shots lol)
