Skin Idea: Pokémon Series!

First of all, i´m Bard main. Why i`m telling you this? Because that´s leading me to my idea: Skins! Bard has got 2 Skins. 2! And i was thinking about possible Bard skins that could be added. As chimes and meeps make Bard very special, i tried to focus on them first. And what can be collected walking around? POKÉMONS! Especially in connection with Pokémon GO, i thought this was a brilliant idea. Could cost TONS of RP and the people would still buy it (and start playing Bard lol). The chimes or meeps could be Pokémons, the cosmic Binding could be red-white, the Healing shrines Pokéstops(first ones that are out of range, after ten seconds the ones that are in range) , the Ultimate a huge Pokéball. Now to my questions: Is that even possible, thinking about licenses? Which other champs could join the Pokémon-Skin-Series? (Maokai?) What do you think about my ideas concerning Bard´s abilities?
