i feel like some rioter said once upon a time they don't want to make more zac skins because they were really hard to program or something. I guess his animations make it hard? This could all be something i dreamed. But i'm pretty sure that's factual
A simple google search told me I'm unoriginal in thinking up pool party Vlad... sad day.
On a separate note, if rito would just release at least a half decent Zac skin, i would buy it. Cannot stand the alternate skin he has.
