Does anyone know if Riot plans on coming out with any new Swain skins? not too sure on when the last one was released, but just curious. Is there anyone doing any concept are for him anyway? or is he not that popular of a character? From what I read Swain is a tactician, so why not make like a project swain? big ass robotic bird on his shoulder, something like that?

They're probably waiting for a full swain rework in the future, how soon of a future I have no idea, pretty sure not anytime this or next season since warwick, galio, and evelynn are high on the rework table.

I could see Final Boss Swain making him like a Final Fantasy villain complete with overly-elaborate "One-Winged Angel" form for his ult.
