I have an idea for ekko too. My idea is Reverse Ekko (like Reverse Annie). The Ekko would be his shadow (his ultie i mean) and his shadow would be Ekko :) If you decide to create this skin, please give it to me for free, i think i worth it! :) Let me know about your decision.
