New champion : Reinckriev

Hello My name is Matteo Lucas I am 14 years old, I play League of legends for 2 years. I had an idea of champion he is there to not very long that completely changes the new champion. This champion is any style of game: the gameplay of this character will be based on a strategy within the team. I'll let you discover capabilities of this character I'm nome Reinckriev.

**REINCKRIEV : ** A: Strengthens an auto-attack of Reinckriev and send the enemy target in the area

Z : Reinckriev is removed then goes back further damage to everything which lies between are starting point and point of arrival.

E : Reinckriev flight part of the mana of the enemy targeted.

R : Reinckriev resets cooldown of the targeted enemy. (The enemy skills are as if he had used them, so it must wait for cooldown ends to reuse his attacks).

Pasive : When Reinckriev is close to an enemy movement speed increase.

History: A long time ago when Heimerdinger was young he absolutely wanted a brother, it is at this time that he created Reinckriev a robot who was to be his brother. But here's Reinckriev was the first experience of Heimerdinger and she turned bad. Reinckriev became the brother demoniac of Heimerdinger.

Does the Ult affect all abilities ? Kinda unfair to reset a long CD ult with no real counterplay. Good work though for an early attempt

It's cool you want to create something like this but I would appreciate if you could describe the abilities a little better, they are hard to understand. From what I see I like![slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
