Honestly, I love Tahm Kench's design in this piece of concept art, almost more than the current in game model. It gives him more of a rustic and underwater feel than his current incarnation.

I feel like it is too similar to his base skin. I would much rather see him get something completely different than base-skin v2.0
Traditional Lee Sin is literally Lee Sin's original concept art as a skin. High Noon Jhin is literally Jhin's original concept art as a skin. So, why not?
