Idea for Banning when the New Champ Select Lags

So I have an idea. Have something that all Summoners can pre pick bans in their profile and if they end up being a banee??? (if that's a word) have it see and check if any of the team members have that champ pre-selected, so if they do have it pre-selected, it does not auto ban it and picks out of the next pre-profile pick ban (hate) list.

Sort of like my top friends list but not. It'll be more so like a (I don't like to be up against these champs) hate list consisting of 3-10 champs.

This way if a banee doesn't lock (because of lag) it will auto pick from the "hate list" and not auto kick them. But during the ban picks the banee will have full control (if they can control) to pick their ban of choice. Just a suggestion.
