I don't even play Draven and I think that would be fantastic, especially after you'd get attack speed.

Considering the skin is out on PBE now, and being tested for bugs and such - they aren't going to add changes... its too late :(

Actually i asked to riot support via twitter and they didn't say anything about timing... so i think there's still time to do it
