I wasn't able to sleep well, so to tire myself, I wrote a
concept together.

's basics attack poisen each enemy hit.
The poisen deals 10-80(+40% of AP) + 3%(+1% for 100 AP) of the enemies max. Health magic damager over 3 secounds.
Additionally they loose 2 magic resistens for each secound of poisen (capped at 20)
Q: Shroom Trap (40 mana cost, 12 sec per charge)
throuws a tiny shroom to a chosen location (range increaes with ability level), which are stealthed upon landing.
If an enemy unit steps on a shroom it will explode dealing 40/80/130/150 (+30% of AP) in a small aoe range and create a poisend
cloud.
Enemy inside the poisend cloud will have a their vision range shortened get "Scouts Toxin" applied on them.
True vision is gained over the clouded area.
The poisenous cloud will stay for 8 secounds.
Shroom traps expire after 2 minutes.
can carry up to 3 Shroom traps at the same time.
W: Scouts Code (20 sec)
active:
enters stealth for a 5/10/15/20/30 secound (based on ability level).
passive: Upon entering a brush or poisenous cloud (while out of combat)
gains true invisabilty until he attacks,
gets hit by crowd control or leaves bushd/cloud.
After hitting enemy from invisablity or stealth,
gains a short duration of bonus movementspeed (based
on champion lvl)
will not be revealed when usin "Shroom Trap"
's attack speed is increased by 20/25/30/35/40% (base on ability lvl)
E: Sleep Dart (10 sec, 70 mana, 1200 range)
fires a poisend dart into a chosen direction. The dart deals 20/30/40/45/50 (+80% AP)(+50% AD) magic damage
and will render enemies hit drowsy for 5 secounds slowing them for 20% - 99% (increasing on duration), after whhich they fall
asleep for 2 secounds.
R: Scouts Territory (100 sec, 100 mana)
spreads poisen into a bush he is standing in for 120/180/240 secounds.
Enemies who enter poisend brushes will get (Scouts Toxin) applied to them and will be slowed by 40% for 5 secs
(Staying in a poisend brush will refresh the effect each secound)
Enemies entering,

will reveal the poisen.
Once a poisend bush has been revealed the poisen will decay in 30 secounds.
