Rework on Cassiopea ultimate

I was thinking of a rework for ultimate that would make her ult more usefull but letting the thematic of her champion untouched(medusa dead look). My idea is a low cooldown ultimate that stun every target afflicted by her look. So if you have eye contact for x second with her you have a debuff that remains for x second and when she trigger the ult you get stun for x second.
