Risbell, possible future champion

I just finished reading the lore for Ivern, The Green Father, and was curious if Riot had plans on possibly revisiting the character Risbell as a possible new champion concept. In the story she uses a bow and also has a dagger, I am just curious if there were any plans on taking this any further.
