[Champion Concept] Bho'Ten The Puppeteer of the Void

Hi everyone , First of all I'd like to clarify something I got the idea for this champion from the item in the "Black Market Brawlers" , I used this item in mostly supports during the game mode and I think it should be added to a champion for sure . So I'll start right off , I haven't created any visuals of this champion yet but I hope you guys can help me . Here is the skill set :

Passive : Void Mark Bho'Ten's autoattacks passively apply on his targets a Void Mark which lasts 3/4/5/6 seconds ( at levels 1/6/11/16) , hitting Void Marked targets gives allies a small burst of movement speed .

Q : Master's Calling Range : 800 CD : 14/13/12/11/10 Bho'Ten can infect his targets minds once he has touched them and move their body to his will . Passive : Every target Bho'Ten attacks is marked with a "string" for 4 seconds / Active : Bho'Ten can activate this ability to pull all the targets marked 300 units in the direction of Bho'Ten , affected targets also get slowed by 30% for 2 seconds and deals 70/90/110/150/230 + 0.7 AP magic damage . Note : This can disrupt channels and revert flashes , a cool way to use it would be during a Baron/Dragon fight you can hit the enemy jungler and pull him out the range so he can't smite , or you can just stop Tristana from being a Kill-Jump-Kill-Jump Monster .

W : Frenzy of Spirits Range : 600 CD : 12/10/9/8/7 Bho'Ten calls forth the tormented spirits of the Void granting himself and his ally slowing attacks . Passive : Being out of action for 6/5/5/4/4 seconds Bho'Ten starts devouring Void Spirits thus getting bigger in size and faster ( gets up to 15% Increased Size and up to 40/45/50/55/60 extra movement speed ) Active : Bho'Ten devours all of the surrounding Void Spirits and grants himself and an ally bonus 20/25/30/35/40% slow on basic attacks ( if this skill is cast on Bho'Ten it will target the closest ally champion to him within 600 range )

E : Will of the Master Range 600 starting , can extend up to 1000 CD 15/14/13/12/10 Bho'Ten attaches a string to an ally champion and starts sacrificing his own life essence to heal his target , because a true puppeteer appreciates his puppets more than himself , or punishing his puppets . Active : On ally cast : Bho'Ten attaches a string to an ally champion ( somewhat Karma's string to enemy or Fiddlesticks' W but to an ally ) and starts to heal them for 30/40/60/70/90 +0.2 AP , every second for 5 seconds , during this time Bho'Ten losses half the amount of HP he heals his ally for and all healing effects on him are halved . Note : To cast this spell Bho'Ten must have the cost of the spell , plus an extra 5% HP remaining . On enemy cast : Attaches a string to an enemy champion stealing 10/12/14/16/20 armor from the target ( stealing = gaining it for himself ) and also doing 70/90/120/150/170 +0.5 AP over 3 seconds increasing by 1% for every 1% HP the target is missing , if after this 3 seconds the target is still in range Bho'Ten stuns them for 1 second .

R : Power of the Puppets CD : 120/100/90 AOE Range : 1000 Passive : Upon dying Bho'Ten transfers his soul to one of his puppets healing them for 100/200/300 . Active : Bho'Ten calls forth the very Void Spirit and boosts all allies around him granting them 20/30/40 Bonus AD and AP and also 10/20/30 Bonus Armor and Magic Resistance for 10 seconds , the passive is lost while this ability is on CD .

I'm still thinking about the mana costs and the lore but I wanted you opinion first into this what do you guys think ?

Also if someone can help with visuals it would be great , the idea is for him to be an Evil Looking Puppeteer with half of a mask on that resembles much the Shaco's mask but is Sad instead of happy and in the other half it's his face but its not enlightened it's in the dark and his eyes shine . I'm open to any suggestions about anything :)
